Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once the project deliverables have been completed and approved. We do not offer refunds for completed work that has been signed off by the client.
Payment for consultation sessions is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will work with you to find an alternative time.
If you choose to cancel a project before work has begun or during the initial planning phase:
Each project package includes a specified number of revisions. We encourage open communication throughout the design process to ensure your satisfaction. Once the final design is approved and all revision rounds have been exhausted, the project is considered complete.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about the work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your final deliverables. We will review your concerns and, where reasonable, offer amendments or alternative solutions to address your feedback.
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable resources, all sales are final upon purchase. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
