Services are provided based on the package or custom agreement selected by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
  • Respond to requests for feedback and approval in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
  • Provide all required content, images, and materials needed for the project
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any content you provide to us
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Payment Terms

Deposits and Payment Schedule:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is typically required before work begins
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in your service agreement
  • Custom payment plans may be available for larger projects
  • All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via the payment methods we accept

Late Payments: Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or additional fees. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of final files until full payment is received.

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

We provide estimated timelines for project completion based on the scope of work. Timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to:

  • Delays in client feedback or approvals
  • Changes to project scope or requirements
  • Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances

We will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines and will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Revisions and Changes

Most packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may be subject to additional fees. Major changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

6. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project (logos, website design, branded materials, etc.).

Our Rights: We retain the right to:

  • Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, processes, or templates used
  • Reuse general concepts, techniques, or ideas developed during the project

Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any content, images, or materials you provide. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement related to client-provided content.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposits: Initial deposits are non-refundable as they secure your project slot and cover initial work.

Cancellations: If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for work completed up to that point. Any unused portion of your payment (beyond the deposit) may be refunded at our discretion.

Our Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if payment terms are not met, if you violate these Terms, or if circumstances make it impossible to continue the project.

8. Website Maintenance and Support

If your package includes website maintenance:

  • Maintenance includes updates, backups, security monitoring, and minor content changes
  • Major redesigns or functionality changes are not included and require separate agreements
  • Maintenance services are provided on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your agreement
  • You may cancel maintenance services with 30 days' written notice

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
  • We do not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, or rankings from our services
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or services outside our control

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your specific requirements.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our working relationship. We will not disclose confidential client information to third parties except as required by law or with your permission. This does not prevent us from using general concepts or techniques learned during projects.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. If we cannot reach a resolution:

  • The parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action
